Practical,
participant centered activities are fundamental to all PDTI
courses. In line with adult learning principles, maximum use is
made of syndicate exercises, case studies, field visits,
role-playing, management games, plenary sessions and training
videos. Participants are encouraged to be directly involved in
analyzing and solving simulated managerial problems. Furthermore
since our goal is to translate theory into practice, every
effort is made by PDTI to provide highly experienced course
facilitators and instructors who have worked and solved problems
of management especially in developing economies. |
